A multi-building project on a stretch of beautiful land lining the upper Colorado River was a dynamic project showcasing MA Studio's strong sense of commercial space and use, resulting in winning solutions for the Sun Communities client. The project involved a large ballroom with a capacity of 250, a ballroom bar area, office spaces, a crafts and meeting space, swimming pool area, separate fitness building, a general store, camp bath and shower rooms, a welcoming center with retail space and offices, and a fun center with restaurant, bar, arcade, bowling alley and an inviting outdoor lounge space.
