East Grand Schools Phase II

Phase II of a total $85 million community bond project passed by voters in 2021 that allowed upgrades at the Middle Park High School, Fraser Valley Elementary School and the new Granby Elementary School has been completed. MA Studios commanded the role of construction management in partnership with Hord Coplan Macht of Denver throughout this multi-tiered mission. MA Studios was at the ribbon cutting of the opening of Fraser Valley Elementary School, where a new wing with science and art classrooms, and a set of new bathrooms was revealed. Phase II included a Career Technical Education building at the high school, with a commercial kitchen for culinary arts education, a nursing instruction room, audio and visual room, and more rooms for business education. A brand new elementary school for preschool through 5th grade rounded out what is now an overall point of pride in the Grand County community. MA Studios was also instrumental in Phase I of the overall scope of schools improvements, in which security upgrades and certain renovations took place at the Fraser Elementary School and the East Grand Middle School.
