South Station

East Grand Fire District's 40-year plan to build a debt-free fire station that better serves Winter Park Resort and all surrounding values came to fruition in 2025. MA Studios had the honor of designing a station that will serve roughly 30 percent of the total call volume for East Grand Fire, including cutting response times to accidents on Berthoud Pass. The MA-designed project included multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms including Jack and Jill bathrooms, a common living space and commercial kitchen, large pantry area, workout room, a decon room, turnout gear room, several offices and a large bay for firefighting apparatus. In addition, MA took charge of all interior design selections.
